Job Responsibilities:

Support the planning and implementation of Change Management Plans across multiple projects and initiatives (i.e., communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, change agent networks, training)
Liaise with stakeholders to understand the impact of the change and conduct stakeholder impacts and/or readiness assessments
Coordinate, track and document progress and status of change management activities
Collaborate with internal communications personnel to plan and execute company-wide communications
Support the development of change management templates and resources
Draft communications based on key messages
Broader accountabilities may be assigned as needed
May perform additional projects as needed

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Communications or Business program
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong planning skills
Strong knowledge and expertise in MS Office (e.g. MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
Someone who enjoys talking to people from all groups and all levels
A natural curiosity and someone who isn’t afraid to ask a lot of questions
Interest in gaining invaluable, hands-on change management experience in one of the top tech companies in the country!
