    Wells Fargo is seeking a Principle Product Manager to support Corporate Risk. This role will primarily be responsible for product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision. In this role the Principle Product Manager will lead and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develops and implements reporting/informationdelivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analyses.
    • Accountable individual for program/product/project delivery of significant risk, complexity, scope, and financial impact for a single large functional area or a combination of small diverse functional areas.
    • Manages communication across horizontal and vertical teams and business partners; and leads interrelated work.
    • Serves as the primary liaison between the business unit and various support partners in achieving business deliverables; including planning and implementation of strategies and process advancements.
    • Works with key internal partners to distill complex concepts into pragmatic and simplified/targeted solutions.
    • Establishes priorities and drives accountability for assigned initiatives, providing leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to optimize effectiveness and create efficiencies as appropriate.
    • Facilitate the front to back solution design value chain for the accountable Risk Executive. This includes
    • Ideation, design, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation planning and execution.
    • Leads a work stream of projects in the Corporate Risk portfolio for Tech Solutions and Business Process
    • Integration programs and initiatives.
    • Provides direction to a cross-functional team using business acumen and expertise; does not have direct reports.
    • Serve as an authority advisor to experienced leaders and represent the company externally when working with vendors

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Second line experience
    • Application design
    • Ability to serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and various support partners in achieving business deliverables, including planning and implementation of strategies and process advancements.
    • Experience in one or a combination of the following:
    • Ability to deal with conflict and independently resolve in a professional manner
    • Ability to develop reporting and presentations
    • Strategic portfolio management
    • Technology experience within the financial services industry
    • First-line experience
    • Process design and deployment
