    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Agile Coach for the Corporate Risk Agile Transformation Team, in this role you will work in a collaborative partnership with a cross functional team of agile coaches, scrum masters and product managers to help our organization grow in both organizational agility and product competencies.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coach leaders on the delivery implications and the structure required to support the software
    • Serve as an experienced advisor to the team with a focus on scaling Agile within the organization or line of business
    • Collaborate with all levels of managers and steering committees across the enterprise
    • Offer credible guidance to team process, structure work, create customer journeys, and start growth of scaling activities
    • Leverage and combine different industry standard scaling concepts to specific business problems that best supports scaled Agile values and principles
    • Assist leaders in considering complexity and long term implications of transformation to self- governing teams
    • Establish, lead, and guide Agile teams which embrace and exhibit the Agile mindset, practices and standards to deliver working software
    • Provide strategic leadership on approaches to overcome impediments to accelerated delivery
    • Foster maturation of Agile behaviors and delivery concepts

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Works with all levels in the organization to teach and coach the product management principles and practices
    • A hypothesis-driven mentality
    • Proven experience coaching teams in understanding Agile principles and practices
    • Creating feedback loops between product teams and customers to support product refinement
    • Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward
    • Prior experience with project to product transformations
    • Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent
    • Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
    • Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
    • Experience with coaching product teams in the creation of story maps, product vision boards, product strategy, product roadmaps
