Product Labelling – P&G 2023 Intern Surrey

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Labelling expert with a strong track-record of working effectively with business partners and stakeholders including R&D, Safety, Pharmacovigilance as well as business teams to provide information, metrics and tracking of data pulled from a range of systems. This person will better establish tracking and metrics for our regulatory and safety organizations with initial focus on our end-to-end safety labelling processes for our Personal Health Care businesses globally. A track record of working across labelling activities for both medicinal and non-medicinal products within a Pharma or Personal Health Care company would be preferable. The role will be in Reading, UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment and operationalizing of a Safety labelling team.
• Develop and enhance end to end process improvements and cross functional working to ensure new signal implementation into labelling, the change control of labelling and the oversight of gaps or exceptions.
• Ensure governance and documentation of labelling differences. Drive process enhancements to ensure better compliance of on time delivery of regulatory submissions via local regulatory teams and ensure justifiable reasons for late or no regulatory submissions are reported.
• Partner with the regulatory teams to compile the supporting documents needed for the regional variation strategies and to help ensure that the regional change management processes for the relevant safety variations complete to time.
• Work cross functionally with Pharmacovigilance to support development of end-to-end processes for tracking of safety variations.
• Support IDMP implementation and other needs where compliance of labelling information with external requirements is critical. Identify proposals to improve data quality and integrity to support metrics, governance, and assessments.

• MSc. preferred in Life Science field
• Proven track record in data analytics, use of cloud-based data systems such as Veeva, Power BI. Experience working in a quality management system and driving solution proposals for data integrity improvement and integration across systems.
• Experience in a governance role across Pharma or PHC organization, familiar with regulations pertaining to the development, maintenance and marketing of medicines and VMS products.
• Experience working in safety or in a labelling function, with knowledge of governance procedures, labelling committees and familiar with regulatory obligations to inform consumers and Health Care professionals. On safe use of products.
