    Job Responsibilities:

    • Strong business case mentality.
    • XML, XSLT knowledge preferred but not required.
    • Ability to develop and deliver training methodologies and materials.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; ability to communicate with customers, associates, and management; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology.
    • Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
    • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (Time Keeping, HRMS, & Talent Management), complex reporting tools and other Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
    • Demonstrated consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups to consensus. Ability to create trust and confidence quickly.
    • Well-developed organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
    • Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • High-level understanding of business functions/end-to end processes, strategic imperatives, and project management.
    • Workday Ecosystems experience required.
    • Prior Kronos and/or SharePoint experience a plus.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Understanding of ABC policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s assets
    • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training
    • Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Normally requires a minimum of six (6) years progressively responsible related experience, normally including at least two (2) years experience at a manager level
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Knowledge of various financial management areas such as financial statement analysis, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis
    • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
    • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
