    Job Description:

    This is an internship for students who have recently been accepted for enrollment in or who are currently enrolled at least half-time in a certificate or degree seeking program in an accredited college or university, graduate, or professional school. Half-time is typically 6 semester hours for undergraduates, and 3 semester hours for Masters and above (but may be determined by the school).

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Participates in the development of research proposals, sharing expertise on research methods, available data, and technical requirements.
    • Maintain responsibility for security for FSRDC facility. Ensure FSRDC researcher compliance with rules and regulations.
    • Review statistical output for compliance with agency disclosure requirements.
    • Applies knowledge of statistical theory and analysis to development of research proposals and researcher analytic support.
    • Documentation of all phases of research proposal development and review for Federal Statistical Research Data Center (FSRDC) projects.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • U.S. Citizen.
    • Suitable for Federal Employment.
    • Registered for Selective Service System, if applicable. (www.sss.gov)
    • Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher.
