    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conceiving, designing, analyzing, simulating, overseeing, and assessing complex performance at the G&C subsystem level.
    • Ensuring the delivery of complex algorithms and software to G&C subsystem integration and test.
    • Developing and implementing detailed test and verification plans from the subsystem.
    • Leading teams that develop and operate these GN&C systems, as well as coordinating their efforts to validate and document the performance of these systems prior to delivering them to the customers.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Typically requires a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, or related discipline, with a minimum of 9 years of related experience; Master of Science (M.S.) or Master or Arts (M.A.) in similar disciplines with a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or Ph.D. in similar disciplines with a minimum of 5 years related experience
    • Experience and advanced knowledge in the field of contract management and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
    • Demonstrated experience in various contract types (fixed price, cost-type, etc.), with experience managing research and development contracts
    • Demonstrated discretion and independent judgment, along with creativity and innovation when addressing critical issues and determining appropriate resolutions
    • Commitment to high standards of quality and compliant work products
    • Creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in finding solutions to overcome challenges
    • Advanced knowledge of Oracle purchasing or similar enterprise resource planning purchasing system
