Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of the monthly management reporting package and periodic presentations to management committee
Work with management to streamline current reporting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency
Prepare variance commentary and validate business drivers with internal team members
Establish business partner relationships with internal/external teams as well as key business contacts to provide operational support; work closely with business partners to provide analysis and recommendations for operational and strategic decisions
Support corporate FP&A reporting requirements; inclusive of Flash, CFO decks, quarterly revenue reports, investment schedules
Ensure standards are applied consistently among the various media businesses and analyze consolidated data to identify and understand significant deviations from budget or forecast
Maintain Media support schedules such as SAP mapping file, General Ledger Maintenance tickets, Contingent
Worker extension requests and Cost Center Governance log
Assist with the consolidation of the monthly P&L, forecasts, budgets, five year plans and any ad hoc reporting requests

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Team player with ability to deal with changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
Demonstrated understanding of accounting processes and ability to find opportunities for efficiency
A BA/BS in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 6-10 years of proven experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
