    This role will sit within the London-based EMEA team, as part of the Disney Media Sales team, with a focus on helping to drive revenue growth from internal brands that are already partnering with TWDC, along with external advertisers and agencies. The role requires a candidate that can add their knowledge and acumen in digital media to a level of understanding on the broader Walt Disney Company to understand the stakeholder matrix and leverage the wider value proposition.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work to help develop the roles and progress of any junior members of the team
    • Consult and educate other lines of business (LOBs) to understand our digital media proposition, and the opportunities and products available through the Disney Media Partnerships team.
    • Work with Head of Ad Ops & social activation supervisor to ensure we deliver effective and efficient campaigns for clients, providing best in class services to our clients, ensuring repeatable business.
    • Help upsell Disney Digital opportunities and touchpoints to promotional partners and licensees directly
    • Build agency relationships and bring in revenue on non licenced brands
    • Drive digital and social revenue generation from internal and external partners of TWDC
    • Work closely with all LOBs to identify new clients and identify relevant opportunities, and developing specific packages to support product launches, IP releases or key franchise campaigns.
    • Develop and update multi-market digital media collateral and help produce client-specific pitch documents and proposals
    • Define the opportunities for partners to invest in Disney’s digital commercial platforms
    • Manage external agency relationships with Licensee/promotional brands i.e. Mattel, Hasbro and Lego to ensure consistency of approach and co-ordination with internal campaigns.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients
    • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of digital marketing strategies
    • Analytical with the ability to draw actionable recommendations from complex data
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent understanding of digital and social media landscape, covering the buying and planning of media on various digital platforms
