    Morgan Stanley Human Resources is undergoing an exciting multi-year plan to modernize our technology and processes using an employee first agile approach. The Employee Relationship Management platform will use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles to view our Employees as Customers, managing employee interactions and using data to support the goals of consistent and streamlined messaging, and improved employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage user testing including the production and execution of test plans and scripts, defect logging and resolution management.
    • Document and evaluate existing business processes to continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and improved employee experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish working relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
    • Produce status reports and prepare materials for executive stakeholders
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience in enterprise wide system implementations with a focus on business process improvement or workflow operations
    • Contribute to a product roadmap and identify growth opportunities in service of the stated vision
    • Experience in consulting, Human Resources and/or financial services preferred but not required
    • Sharp analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
    • Identify key risks, resolve issues, and handle escalations
    • Facilitate change management activities to drive adoption and transition, including the coordination of communication and delivery of training materials
    • Groom and prioritize the backlog of user stories for delivery
    • Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, e.g., SalesForce, or Workflow platforms and/or Human Resources data considered a differentiator
    • Develop use cases, and document user stories and epics aligned with the product strategy
    • Be an integral part of a product team for a new HR-focused Customer Relationship Management platform, treating the “Employee as a Customer,” across inter-departmental cross-functional virtual teams
    • Ability to distill large amounts of information from different sources into artifacts that are both detailed enough to meet the needs of end users and can be easily interpreted by management
    • Working knowledge of Agile development practices and the ability to understand evolving technologies and relate to current business needs
    • Comfortable making role appropriate decisions and escalating others with recommendations
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work amongst competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Candidate must have a bachelor?s degree at a minimum and 1-2 years of experience
    • An entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to develop risk processes and frameworks from scratch
    • Attention to detail, project management and prioritization skills will also be key in balancing daily deadlines with timely implementation of strategic projects
    • Knowledge of market risk and or counterparty credit risk concepts such as stress scenario analysis, risk measures, PE95, collateral agreements a plus
    • Curiosity and self-motivation to develop expertise in financial products, markets, and risk management practices
    • Highly developed oral and written communication skills which can be used to prepare and present risk information to a variety of audiences
    • Product knowledge in Fixed Income and/or Equity products, including derivatives a plus
    • Strong proficiency with a variety of technology tools, including analyzing large data sets using tools such as Excel or SQL
