    Job Responsibilities:

    • Aid in the software development lifecycle of new experience features by leading the programming configuration necessary for developer and QA testing.
    • Ensure documentation is current, relevant and evolving alongside the tools.
    • Lead on-channel experimentation where you will partner with Product Managers across the organization to conceive of, plan and execute on-channel testing.
    • Work with Hulu and Disney Streaming Product teams to champion the needs of the Programming team for on-channel tooling solutions.
    • Drive content launch and testing strategy for high-profile collaborations.
    • Support special events and promotion opportunities that require new tech capabilities and ensure timely delivery.
    • Communicate progress regularly to Programming team and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Lead the prioritization of new and improved dashboards for the Content Programming team.
    • Collect requirements from Content Programming team members to continuously improve the tools that powers in-app navigation, campaign execution, in order to best serve the needs of viewers and the business.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships, specifically with Product Managers and also with Data Analysts, and Engineers.
    • Experience working with organizational tools like Airtable and Jira.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage change and adapt plans accordingly.
    • Can independently manage many competing priorities with a low level of oversight .
    • Anticipates feedback, corrects in advance and applies it to future decisions and strategy
    • Ability to package complex topics for leadership and business stakeholders to facilitate quick decision making.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or editorial tooling within a consumer tech company, e-commerce, or editorial operation.
    • Experience with AB testing design, platforms and analysis.
