Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Analyze internal and external data and use analytics techniques to uncover opportunities, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure the success of advertising campaigns.
    • Advise clients on marketing measurement (e.g., attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, consumer/behavior trends, data integration, and measurement).
    • Develop relationships with marketing analytics counterparts and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
    • Act as an industry advocate and analyst to surface key industry trends. Advise clients on marketing/advertising opportunities associated with trends and potential business impact.
    • Collaborate across teams to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Experience with marketing analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, and/or statistical analysis.
    • Ability to analyze datasets and prioritize them into actionable insights.
    • Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to influence across levels and advise on performance improvements.
    • Experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
    • Experience extracting and manipulating data with SQL or with other programming, query, or scripting languages.
