Job Description:

The Program Manager role provides a unique opportunity to understand how Waze partners use our tools and perform by leveraging the power of data and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Seek out key decision makers, challenge the status quo, and influence decisions using an analytical skill set.
• Foster and cultivate relationships with others in the organization, including marketing/advertising, analytics, and corporate strategy, among others.
• Uncover data trends and insights, and drive operational rhythm for effectively managing the organization.
• Develop scalable processes to help stakeholders optimize their business areas, including building and support internal systems and dashboards.
• Create presentation with compelling visualizations and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead critical projects based on emergent business needs. Leverage Waze data sources to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge in analytical skills and capabilities (e.g., SQL, R, Stata).
• Experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and leading complex strategic and operational initiatives.
• Ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction.
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen.
• Experience in Stakeholder management, ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners.
