    • Focus on training and performance needs in the Bone and Inflammation Therapeutic Areas for both originator products and biosimilars. Primary.
    • Collaborating closely with Medical Science Liaison, Medical Communication, and Medical collaborators globally to drive the training strategy, enable impactful medical staff, develop therapeutic training and curriculum activities, and lead new hire training. The successful candidate will work closely with internal (e.g., Global Medical, Global Medical Communications, Medical Science Liaisons) and external groups (e.g., suppliers, opinion leaders) to develop and implement these training programs.
    • Some travel may be required—usually 20%.
    • A professional degree of Pharm.D., or MD/DO or PhD in a relevant medical science field (eg, biology, chemistry, pharmacology) with 5 or more years of biotech/pharmaceutical and /or clinical experience
    • Understanding of training methodology and design
    • Experience in Bone Health and / or Inflammation
    • Excellent technical writing, oral, presentation, and project management skills and the ability to search, critically analyze, and summarize scientific literature
    • Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and knowledge of the legal and regulatory guidelines affecting promotion of prescription products
    • Ability to interface cross-functionally in a dynamic, matrixed environment


    • Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience OR
    • Master’s degree and 6 years of experience OR
    • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR
    • Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience OR
    • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience AND
    • 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
