    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform technical leadership role for the Product Delivery Team
    • Share expertise in Informatica Could Read Time (CRT), Informatica Cloud Services and SQL Server tables, joins, and views
    • Reviews ongoing production software operations and fixes production issues
    • Handle SQL Server performance issues and analyze, resolving production data issues and production ETL job failures in Informatica.
    • Develop reusable components for automation.
    • Ensures Reference Architecture standards are defined and the Team has a shared understanding of the
    • Reference Architecture standards. (e.g. platform runtime model, service naming conventions, platform components, CI/CD pipeline, microservices model, source control management, deployment methods, API management, etc.)
    • You will support exciting projects in the Assist Customer Program with opportunities to apply technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Chatbot, Portal, and other Cloud Based technologies on a large global program.
    • Communicate and enforce standard methodologies
    • Responsible for the integration, testing, organizational change and operation of contact center products that integrate and connect with the Emerging IT Ecosystem and Ford Enterprise.
    • This will include the coordination of integration and enablement of overall feature set with existing Ford applications (i.e. FordPass) and other key interfacing activities such as MSS (including CX (Customer Experience)), Ford Credit, IT, and Suppliers to maintain alliance and integration alignment.
    • Provide Domain Expertise for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure cloud technologies
    • Understanding all aspects of the planned technical solution.
    • Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies.
    • Primary liaison to Microsoft Dynamics Product Team for Assist Customer Program
    • Work with new technologies, cloud architectures, security and/or any other SOA.
    • Delivery roadmap of the software product
    • Responsible for all elements of software products with end-to-end accountability
    • Ownership of overall Technical Design for the Solution
    • Assist Customer Program partner with global business leads in driving alignment and integration of contact center technology and integration with other third-party applications and internal Ford applications (e.g. case management, knowledge management, chat, and telephony).
    • Improving continuous integration tooling by automating manual processes within the delivery pipeline and quality gates based on past findings
    • You will be handling deliverables, understanding of the various interfacing systems and daily interaction and relationship management with key business customers and IT team members.
    • Perform code improvements using Informatica.
    • Ensure process in place for validation of solutions technical design

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Applying agile practices to solution delivery
    • The ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that can be understood by non-technical resources
    • Innovative and forward-thinking demeanor.
    • Experience in technical skills: D365 USD Configuration (Customer Service preferable), D365 USD Software development (Customer Service preferable), .NET development, JSON API integration, GitHub, API Security protocols, CI/CD pipeline and Rally.
    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Good interpersonal and time-management skills
    • Good communication, analytical and intra-personal skills
    • System Integrator / COTS Implementation
