    Job Responsibilities:

    • Software Development – AEM Platform – Java development. Front-end, JavaScript with API implementation.
    • Work closely with other technical experts, Product Managers, Product Designers and Product owners to assess and prioritize opportunities and constraints.
    • Work in a pair programming environment using Test Driven Development (TDD) approach.
    • Collaborate with architects and other development teams to understand relationships between various aspects of eCommerce platform.
    • Maintain overall direction of the software development team.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
    • TDD and pair programming in an Agile development environment
    • Java development using Eclipse, IntelliJ, or similar IDE
    • Development of microservices
    • GitHub or similar source control repositories
    • CI/CD and automation tools such as Gradle
    • Object Relational Mapping frameworks like Hibernate or JPA
    • Understanding/deploying to cloud environments – PCF/ Azure etc.
    • Data Structures, Data Modeling, RDBMS
    • Ford Agile Framework (backlogs, iterations, user stories, rally tool etc.)
    • SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform implementation
    • CA Agile Central (Rally), Pivotal Tracker, or similar backlog management tools
    • Lean Agile methodology
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.
