Job Description:

As a Fluids R&D Intern, you will help develop our industry-leading simulation software for our Fluids Business Unit while gaining real experience in your field of study. You will work on a variety of impactful projects to help maintain, advance, and accelerate ANSYS products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help with the development of new features and architecture in state-of-the-art Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software applications
• Work alongside software developers during the design, implementation, and verification process.
• Conduct interactive and automated testing of user interfaces and simulation results.
• Analyze results and improve the usability of the software.
• Student working towards BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and its applications.
• Experience and/or course work with scripting languages (e.g., Python), C++, and gRPC.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience of using ANSYS products or other engineering software.
