    Job Description:

    As a Senior Compliance Advisor at Enterprise Compliance, you will help establish an enhanced communications review framework to facilitate the approval of an increasing volume and complexity of marketing materials. In addition to content review, you will assist in various compliance initiatives related to the Enterprise Services portfolio including FCAT, Labs, Business Consulting and other functions including newly established broker-dealer entities that operate in a highly digitized environment

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing a range of advertising and communications content produced by Enterprise startups, including materials focused on digital assets
    • Helping monitor the regulatory environment, advising internal partners on emerging rules and requirements, and assess the applicability of new rules and regulations
    • Developing disclosures, policies, and procedures contributing to a flexible compliance framework
    • Supporting process management and efficiency initiatives
    • Contributing to strategic program management and developing training materials
    • Researching compliance matters and providing advice related to emerging technologies

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of compliance or similar experience
    • 4-year degree required, Masters Degree or JD is a plus
    • Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, FTC, CFTC rules & regulation, preferably with working knowledge of communications with the public and related subjects
    • Experience in researching and interpreting legal regulations and guidance
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional analytical skills
    • A spirit of innovation, curiosity, and willingness to adapt to new systems and help maintain compliant practices in a rapidly evolving business environment
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to engage, build relationships and influence partners across the organization
    • Advanced presentations skills
