    Job Description:

    The mission of the FBI’s Health Care Fraud Case Support Team is to assist in the investigation of fraud cases involving major health care providers that operate in multiple jurisdictions and issues of national priority that require a rapid response.  The team works with DOJ’s National Rapid Response Strike Force (NRRSF).   The FBI Health Care Fraud Unit (HCFU) established the Health Care Fraud National Response Team (HCFNRT), which is comprised of Special Agents, to work with the DOJ Trial Attorneys on the NRRSF.  The FoAs will work in support of the FBI’s Health Care Fraud Case Support Team, supporting both criminal and civil investigations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with lost or stolen cards, compromised accounts and payment issues. Additionally, incumbent will be responsible for the thorough review of the Laboratory fuel and GTA statements for accuracy, and will be responsible with creating third party documents in UFMS to pay the GTA and fuel bill(s).
    • Manages the Travel Program and serves as the Financial Manager/Financial Representative (FM) which is the primary Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) for the LD.
    • Provide assistance and guidance to customers as the Travel Program is highly visible and regulated in order to maintain compliance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
    • Responsible for inventory/collection of travel cards of employees departing the Bureau and periodic reviews of the delinquency report to ensure all travel card accounts are current and delinquencies are addressed in a timely manner.
    • The MAPA will be the LD’s POC to accept travel card applications from travelers and ensure they are filled out properly with appropriate approvals and forward applications to the Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) for processing.
    • This senior MAPA must be well-versed in policy and procedures to ensure all TRIP requests are entered properly with correct funding and required authorizing attachments for Event Authorization Numbers (EAN).

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Must be able to obtain an SCI clearance
