    Job Responsibilities:

    • Job specific responsibilities/ tasks:
    • Participates in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection
    • Oversee FEED level engineering, procurement and execution planning through to completion and start up.
    • Typically assigned to the project commencing with FEED and ITT preparation and continue through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, systems completion and start-up
    • Coordinates development of Project Management System deliverables as well as reviews
    • Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key stakeholders
    • Possibility to participate in early concept selection, project screening and development planning
    • Responsible for the completion of the assigned work scope consistent with the project’s objectives
    • Delegated Safety, Cost, Schedule, Quality, and Operability Stewardship responsibility for their assigned project scope. Contract ownership may also be delegated if appropriate
    • Responsible for stewarding contractor’s performance, engaging/aligning key stakeholders, engaging discipline engineers and expert resources from the global experts, as required, to complete the assigned scope consistent with the project’s objectives.
    • Participates in identification and sourcing and management of long lead equipment
    • Coordinates project issues identification and resolution process
    • Responsible for planning and executing the work related to an assigned greenfield and/or brownfield project scope. The assigned scope is determined and customized based on the project’s work breakdown (contracting) structure, geographic distribution and general needs.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Good command of English both written and spoken
    • Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills
    • Exposure to more than one of the following aspects of project execution (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, brownfield execution, turnarounds, offshore installation, international project management assignments)
    • Able to work well with others in a fast-changing environment
    • Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience
    • Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from a recognized university with CGPA 6.5 and above
    • Will consider experience of project screening, economic analysis and concept selection
    • Knowledge of industry standards and related work processes
    • Flexibility to travel internationally
    • Interest in global relocation and geographic flexibility
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power or fertilizer industry through multiple function and project assignments in engineering, procurement, construction, project management and controls activities
