    Job Description:

    The “Analyst, Computer Service” position will be a part of the Mac Desktop Support Team supporting all CVS Health colleagues who use a MacBook as their primary computing device. The Analyst will provide high quality, customer focused, distributed computing services which will include problem resolution (incidents), and service requests (tasks).

    Job Responsibilities:

    • A Level II Support Technician to serve as a break/fix technician for a wide variety of user technologies.
    •  Consulting and instructing users on hardware and software questions/issues.
    •  Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
    •  Ensures customer business needs are met while adhering to corporate standards and meeting service level agreements.
    •  Install, configure and maintain MAC peripherals (local and network printers, scanners), and other end user equipment such as iPhones and iPads.
    •  Installing, maintaining and upgrading equipment
    •  Collaborating with IT Engineering and Applications support teams.
    •  Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution within ServiceNow
    •  Installs Computer Equipment (Lease Replacements/New Hires, etc.
    •  Running diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and make recommendations for potential solutions for macOS, MS Office (Mac version), other Mac software and imaging solutions.
    •  Duties shall include, but not be limited to diagnosing and troubleshooting MAC software and hardware problems.
    • Providing customer support on a variety of technical issues – examples include desktop, laptop hardware and software, wireless network connectivity troubleshooting, applications support, login assistance, hardware repairs, etc.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • 1+ years support Apple Macintosh equipment and associated software
    •  3+ years of Mac experience, preferably mid to expert level support, MacBooks, iMACs, iPhone, and iPad.
