    Associates in a Warehouse Support role may perform activities related to scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities in the Distribution Center; ensure inventory accuracy within the processing areas, system and process quality as well as vendor compliance and/or outbound shipment to our stores. They may also perform required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of a particular functional area within the DC

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain leaders’ schedules.
    • Make travel arrangements for leaders you support.
    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements (coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings, etc.).
    • Direct and maintain office activities and operations (records retention, ordering supplies, personnel issues, parking spots, security, etc.).
    • Attend meetings to note action items and manages follow-up with appropriate parties.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
    • Demonstrate ability to write and compose correspondences (including typing on a computer or other tools.)
    • Ability to prioritize and take initiative.
    • Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and confidence as needed.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive demeanor.
    • Significant attention to detail and follow up capabilities.
    • A strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
