    Job Responsibilities:

    • Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
    • May coordinate member transportation and make referrals to other departments as appropriate
    • Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established timeframes utilizing current reference materials and available resources
    • Process written customer correspondence and provide the appropriate level of timely follow up
    • Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
    • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around times

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Coordinates and administers survey projects.
    • Generates and updates standard analytical reports from spreadsheets and relational databases.
    • Prepares survey materials for competitive research studies.
    • Reconciles data obtained through multiple sources.
    • Interfaces with customers and associates to gather information about data requests.
    • Gathers and compiles data and produces reports.
    • Accurately and thoroughly documents informational sources.
    • Designs, creates, and maintains relational databases, and database tables.
    • Maintains document library and updated resource materials.
    • Supports marketing and product development research efforts.
