    Job Description:

    In this role you will offer support in all HR related matters for the company, along with local HR Manager: participate in recruitment projects, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, support for payroll and benefits administration, company policy and procedure adherence.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee full-cycle of recruitments projects, when needed
    • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
    • Manage MY HR Connection – employee platform for recruitments and employee administration
    • Assist with payroll and benefits administration (prepare timesheets for external payroll provider, verify invoices from benefits providers)
    • Is the person of contact for medical service provider related to: new hires, terminations, adding new subscribers, appoint periodical medical checks
    • Update org charts, employee materials
    • Update monthly holidays for multiple locations
    • Offer support in training projects (revise contracts /keep relation with suppliers)

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Specialized trainings/ courses in HR field – would be a plus
    • Good English knowledge, verbal and written
    • 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources, mainly recruitment and HR administration; any other exposure to HR is welcomed
    • Customer service attitude
    • Motivation for a long term HR career path
    • Good planning and organizing skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
