    Job Description:

    This position supports the development of AEO additive technologies addressing current gaps and future needs in providing innovative new products.  The candidate will be expected to lead work teams and provide guidance and feedback in the development of new formulating technologies and new component chemistries for next-generation technology. The candidate will need demonstrated capability for the design and execution of multi-disciplinary research projects.  The candidate is expected to proactively collaborate with peers and stakeholders including other AEO formulators, OEM industry automotive engineers, statisticians, patent analysts, product managers, and commercial/sales.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute multi-disciplinary product development and research projects addressing current and future technology needs
    • Analyze and visualize large data sets of performance data to extract technical insights
    • Lead technical projects with multi-disciplinary teams and provide guidance to colleagues in the technology organization
    • Work with peers and stakeholders to support OEM and customers’ needs
    • Generate intellectual property based on formulation inventions

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated strong understanding of Public cloud service offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services as well product offerings from Azure).
    • Practical, hands on experience with Frontend Development Framework: Angular or React
    • Familiarity with GIS platforms such as ESRI or Microsoft Maps.
    • Proficiency in at least 2 of the following: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Python, SQL
    • Experience designing and implementing API-first approach across platforms and solutions.
    • Experience with implementation or maintenance of Environmental catalog using Microsoft Planetary Catalog.
