Our New York, NY office is seeking an intern for our Creation Department in Perfumery.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the daily functions of the fragrance creation team are executed in an effective and streamlined mode of operation (Project Management)
    • Manage the enhancement procedures (safety reworks) of the existing cross-category portfolio
    • Take responsibility in leading the evaluation and validation of safety reworks respecting olfactive and price parameters
    • Translate local olfactive trends into strategic insights for key American clients
    • Partake and lead an olfactive ideation deck for major global clients on the American market
    • Shadow the cross-category local team on the current and proactive projects
    • Manage and organize a bank of submitted fragrance for specific clients
    • Develop a Strategic Brand Analysis: identifying the Brand ID and Brand Strategy, and from there work on an olfactive analysis and opportunity

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a primary focus in Fragrance Development
    • Desired Educational Background: Coursework from Specialized Fragrance Development Schools (ISIPICA, L’ESP, Institute of Art & Olfaction)
    • Previous cross-category fragrance work experience a plus
    • Must have a creative personality and should be able to assist with the full cycle development of cross-category executions
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
    • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
    • Outstanding communication skills
