    Job Responsibilities:

    • The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overall management of the Northstar Air-to-Ground Asset Management Program providing a complex array of production and spare parts for the network radios.
    • Provides technical guidance and skills in support of telecommunications network operation, maintenance, and development; information systems operations, maintenance, and development; and integration of new technology into the network and network control systems.
    • Manages a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, and systems documentation.
    • May serve as a technical lead for a task or project.
    • Ressponsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related.
    • Projects and programs are typically high value long term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers.
    • Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors.
    • Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution within time and resource constraints.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or higher degree such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Mathematics from an accredited university.
    • PhD in an approved field with no minimum years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
