    A24 is currently seeking a sales exec to join our International team. This role will be the first dedicated to our first-run TV titles overseas. You will work closely with both the TV and International teams to develop the strategy for growing our international TV sales infrastructure. You should be a motivated self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills. We’re open to UK or US based candidates.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assemble sales projections for A24’s first-run TV slate
    • Build internal knowledge base of sales comps and market intelligence
    • Contribute to strategy to build international TV business
    • Establish and manage relationships with international TV broadcasters in close collaboration with International and TV leadership
    • Develop sales strategies for first-run TV titles
    • Represent A24 titles at key international TV sales markets
    • Track availabilities and identify ancillary opportunities for library titles and unsold rights
    • Negotiate key terms with broadcasters

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Experience handling distribution negotiations
    • Ready to travel
    • Solution-orientated and entrepreneurial thinker
    • Minimum 7 years of experience working in TV sales/licensing
    • A motivated self-starter who also collaborates well with others
    • Understanding of key deal terms across territories for TV rights sales
    • Adept at project planning and time management
    • Knowledge of the international buyer landscape, ideally with relationships across key local and regional broadcasters
    • Humble, diligent and resourceful
    • Passion for international TV sales
    • Excellent attention to detail
